Foca Upscaler provides AI image upscaling. We collect only the information necessary to deliver the service and keep it minimal.

Information We Collect

We may collect account details (email, name, avatar), billing and subscription status from Stripe (we do not store card details), usage and device data (e.g., IP, browser, access logs), and cookies or similar technologies (see Cookie Policy). For images, we process the files you upload to produce results. By default, we do not store your image files; subscribers can choose to save selected originals and results to the Library.

How We Use Information

We use this information to provide and maintain the service (upload and processing), enable optional Library storage when you choose to save, manage accounts and credits/subscriptions, provide support, protect against abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product with analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity).

Sharing and Third Parties

We share data only as needed to run the service, including Stripe (payments), KIE AI (image processing), S3-compatible object storage such as Cloudflare R2 (Library image storage), Resend (email delivery), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (analytics), and Google OAuth (login). We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention and Deletion

By default, we do not store your uploaded images. If you save items to the Library, they remain until you delete them in the workspace; once deleted, they are removed from our servers. Account-related data is retained only as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Your Rights

You can access, correct, or delete your account information and withdraw consent for analytics cookies. Contact us if you need help.
