Refund Policy

Thank you for using Foca Upscaler. This page summarizes how we handle subscription fees, credits, and cancellations.

1. Refund Conditions

Foca Upscaler is an instantly delivered digital service. To balance costs and user experience, refunds are available only when all of the following are met:

  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase
  • Credits usage is below 5% and total usage does not exceed 300 credits
  • Refunds are only available if the credits usage threshold is met; used credits and incurred service costs are not refundable
  • A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund

2. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with:

  • Registered account email
  • Order number/transaction ID
  • Purchase date
  • Payment proof (receipt screenshot)

3. Canceling a Subscription

You can cancel in your account/subscription settings, or email [email protected] for assistance. After cancellation:

  • You keep access until the end of the current paid billing cycle
  • The subscription will not renew, and your account usually downgrades to a free plan
  • Cancellation does not mean a refund; refund requests must meet the conditions above

4. Credits

Credits are for service usage only and have no cash value. Subscription credits are valid only within the billing cycle and expire automatically without rollover. Refund eligibility is evaluated against credits usage, and requests exceeding the threshold are not eligible.

5. Processing Time and Exceptions

We respond to refund requests within 1–3 business days. If approved, the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider or bank.

For unusual charges, serious technical issues, or other special circumstances, contact us with supporting details. We may, at our discretion and within the limits of applicable law, offer compensation, adjustments, or a case-by-case refund. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
